The Orchard Online Billing System (the "Service") is provided by The Orchard Golf and Country Club (the"Club"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Service.
This Service is open to all active Orchard members currently receiving their monthly Statement of Account (SOA). By accessing the service, you shall be in agreement with the Terms and Conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, you need not access or use the Service.
The WEBSITE is the official location of the Service. This is the location wherein the USER can view, print or download his statement of account.
Online Security
For first time registrants, a system-generated password will be provided by the Club which was enclosed in your February 2012 SOA. We encourage you to immediately change your password for security reasons.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and the use of your USER ID and PASSWORD. Any transaction effected using your USER ID and PASSWORD shall be conclusively presumed to be authorized by you.
Should you allow others to access your Online Billing Account, you shall be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account.
You agree to notify the Club immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You will properly log out from the Service at the end of each session. The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this condition.
Use of the Service
Please understand that although utmost care will be observed, the Club cannot guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Service and via the Internet will be free of viruses or codes that contain malicious or destructive properties. While the Club has its own defenses, it is suggested that you install your own protective procedures for additional safety.
The Club further does not warrant the Service to be uninterrupted or error-free.
The USER waives his rights in filing claims against the Club, its Directors, officers and employees that may arise from his access or use of the Service.
Termination
Should you wish to discontinue the use of the Service, you write a letter addressed to The Orchard Golf & Country Club, Inc. - Billing Section.
