
MECHANICS:
1. OPEN PARTICIPATION: All golf clubs are invited to participate by registering their intent through a formal registration process on or before April 30, 2026 (Thursday).
2. SUBMISSION OF BEST PRACTICES: Registered clubs will submit a detailed description of their best practices, including supporting materials like videos, photos, or documents, on or before April 30, 2026 (Thursday).
3. PRESENTATION: All participating clubs will be given the opportunity (maximum of 5 minutes) to present their best practices during the segment—either live, via pre-recorded videos, or a combination—on the event day. Presenters may use their preferred language or dialect to articulate their ideas more effectively.
4. VOTING PROCEDURE: After all presentations, delegates will cast their votes confidentially using a secure digital voting platform. Each delegate will have one vote per presentation.
5. VOTE COUNTING & ANNOUNCEMENT: Votes will be tallied immediately after voting closes. The Club with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner and announced during the closing or awards ceremony.
6. RECOGNITION: The winning club will receive a trophy/certificate, and all participating clubs will be acknowledged for their contributions.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY (25%): Originality, novelty, and inventive qualities of ideas or solutions.
EFFECTIVENESS AND IMPACT (35%): The results achieved, significance, and influence of the project.
IMPLEMENTATION, SCALABILITY, AND REPLICABILITY (30%): The practicality, resource requirements, ease of execution, and how easily the project can be scaled or reproduced in different contexts.
SUSTAINABILITY (10%): Long-term viability and environmental impact.
